1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services

2M Web Studio provides web design, Webflow development, SEO, AEO, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. 2M Web Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of 2M Web Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise specified, a deposit is required before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

2M Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Serbia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
